Programs: All programs are time based and usually require follow-ups. An initial appointment helps to analyze your BMI, health risks, as well as lifestyle.

One Hour Consultation: This involves the collection of data such as weight and height.   • Follow-up sessions: Meal Planning - A week of customized, planned meals with your preferences and dietary needs will be developed with corresponding recipes.

Weight Loss:

Option A: 2 months (1 initial appointment + 7 follow-ups)
Option B: 4 months (1 initial appointment + 14 follow-ups)
Option C: 2 months intensive program combined with exercise routine (1 initial appointment + 7 follow-ups)
