Programs: All programs are time based and usually require follow-ups. An initial appointment helps to analyze your BMI, health risks, as well as lifestyle.

One Hour Consultation: This involves the collection of data such as weight and height. Your BMI will be calculated and a detailed diet history, information about your risk factors for disease, lifestyle and medications, supplements will be taken. Based on the analysis, recommendations would be made to optimize your intake to reach your goals of minimizing risks for disease or you would be suggested to opt for one of the nutritional programs to meet your requirement.

  • Follow-up sessions: Meal Planning - A week of customized, planned meals with your preferences and dietary needs will be developed with corresponding recipes.

Weight Loss:

Option A: 2 months (1 initial appointment + 7 follow-ups)
Option B: 4 months (1 initial appointment + 14 follow-ups)
Option C: 2 months intensive program combined with exercise routine (1 initial appointment + 7 follow-ups)

Diet and nutritional counseling for diabetes including carbohydrate counting, exchange methods, blood glucose monitoring. A meal plan that will help you regulate your blood sugar levels. The customized meal plan will be developed taking into consideration medications and/or insulin dosages. This plan will also keep a check on cholesterol as well as blood pressure.

Heart Health Program:
